Parkey Cobern has had a dual career. He began his career in the financial services industry where he learned lessons in management and business practices that he still uses today. In his early 30’s, he answered the call to fulltime ministry along with his wife Rhonda. Serving first as a biblical counselor, then as a Partner Relation liaison in a nationwide ministry in Rockwall Texas, he and Rhonda felt the Lord speaking to them to move to Fort Worth Texas. In 1997, Parkey joined the staff of a local church in the area, University Park Church. In 2005, he accepted the call as Senior Pastor of the church, newly named Capstone, and is still serving in that role today.
Parkey was born in Seminole, Texas. His educational background was forged at Texas A&M Commerce and Liberty University. Parkey will tell you that his greatest preparation for ministry came from being discipled by some great mentors. Parkey and Rhonda have three children, Tarryn, Tory, and Tabor and five grandchildren, Grayson, Denver, Luke, Jewel, and Grace.

STEPHANIE WILLIAMS

Stephanie Williams is a doctoral candidate at B.H. Carroll Theological Seminary in the fields of homiletics and theology. She graduated with a Master’s Degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. She previously worked in public education for the mathematics department. Her husband, Coach James Williams, serves as a volunteer at Capstone Church alongside her. She has three adult children who, by God's grace, faithfully follow the Lord. She loves her three dogs and enjoys camping, hiking, and writing children’s books as a hobby.

Mario is married to Lucinda Flores and they have five children Mario, Rickey, Lillianna, Florentino, and Vincent. They also have four grand children and one more on the way. He says his favorite thing about our family here at Capstone Church is our vision to present Jesus in every aspect our lives: in our worship, in our connect groups, in our missions, in our outreach, and in our weekly services and every day lives all we want to do is present Jesus to everyone we come in contact with.
Tino is married to Mary Helen and they have three children and two daughter-in-laws, Celeste, Phillip & Michelle, and Jonathan & Julie, plus five grandchildren. He facilitates a Sunday morning mens bible study and helps in other ministries in our church as needed. He loves Capstone Church because it welcomes everyone, and Gods Word is preached and taught.
Larry is married to Kathy, and they have two children, Duane and his wife Denise, and Jason and his wife Lindsey. They also have five grandchildren: Davin, Delaney, Micah, Maitlynn, and Emery. Larry is the author of a discipleship book, "Roots: Growing Deeper in Jesus." He said, “My favorite thing about Capstone Church is the Mission Point of Discipleship that supports our Vision, Presenting Jesus. I am passionate about Believers becoming grounded in Jesus, and then being equipped for ministry in their circles of influence through the power of the Holy Spirit. I am excited about getting to continue my growth in the Life of Jesus alongside my fellow Christ Followers at Capstone Church!"
