Tonight, a member of our church who has gone through our pastoral internship program, Larry Campbell, teaches on how to love our neighbors by looking very deeply at the words “love” and “hate.” Reading through Luke 10, we see Jesus say to love God with everything in us, as well as to love our neighbor, not through feelings but rather through collective ideology, attaching yourself as “love” and detaching/distancing as “hate.” An easy way to love our neighbors is to focus on where you agree, and to trust God with your resources.
