Honor // Finale
This evening, we’ll finish our study of biblical honor. In week one, we defined honor from a biblical standpoint. We found out that honor is defined as “a price or value that is felt.” Honor is a value that changes the life of the one who is doing the honoring. It is “felt” in life because it requires a price to express worth. The second week, we looked at how biblical honor is reflected in everyday life. Since God’s priority is first place in life, then our “firsts” belong to Him: relationship, resources, time, etc. This evening, we look at what the Bible says about honoring one another. The Bible teaches us that Christians are a part of the Body of Christ. This knowledge leads us to understandings regarding our connectedness, our interaction for success, our reliability, and our importance. You can download the full notes by clicking below.
